AI Trip Planner

Plan your trip day by day.

Say where you're going and how long you have. Arriv comes back with a day-by-day itinerary on a map, ordered around the walking, since crossing town twice before lunch eats the morning. Swap places, add your own, send it to whoever is coming.

What you get back

3 days in Tokyo

Here's a sample Day 1 in Tokyo. The order is walkable, so the times on it are suggestions you can drag to another hour:

  • Tsukiji Outer Market 8:00am — graze your way through breakfast
  • Senso-ji Temple 10:30am — temple before the tour buses
  • Tokyo Skytree 12:30pm — up the tower nearby
  • teamLab Planets 3:00pm — timed entry, don't be late
  • Omoide Yokocho 7:00pm — yakitori down Memory Lane

How it works

Three steps, start to map

1

Tell it where

Type a city, a region, a whole country. Arriv knows the landmarks and the food, and which detours earn the extra half hour.

2

Get a mapped plan

A day-by-day itinerary lands on an interactive map, with the stops ordered by where they sit, which is what makes a day hold together as a walk.

3

Make it yours

Swap a place, drag a day, set your dates, add the dinner you already booked, and invite the people coming with you.

Why Arriv

What the map gives you

It's on a map

Once every stop is geocoded, you can see what sits ten minutes from what.

Venues with addresses

Plans are built from places with addresses, and then Maps takes you to the door.

Built to be edited

The AI hands you a first draft. Drag the days around until it looks like your trip.

Plan together

Share a link and your whole group can vote, comment, and add spots while you watch.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is the AI trip planner free?
Yes. Generating an itinerary and previewing it costs nothing, and you sign up when you want to save it, edit it, and plan with friends.
What cities does it work for?
Any city in the world. Popular destinations come with a hand-curated starting itinerary, while anywhere else gets one the AI builds on the spot.
Can I change the itinerary it makes?
Completely. Swap places, reorder or add days, set your travel dates, or drop in the taco place your cousin keeps talking about, since nothing on the plan is locked.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
You get a map. Every place is geocoded with an address, and you can rearrange the days, share the plan with your group, and open it on the street while you're standing there. A chat window gives you a block of text to copy somewhere else first.
