Happy Hour Finder

Find happy hours by area, day, and vibe.

Pick a neighborhood in Austin and a day of the week. Arriv pulls the current specials from menus and local roundups, ranks the ones with real times, and drops them on a map so you can walk between two before dinner.

Pick an area, a day, and what you feel like drinking. Austin only for now.

How it works

Three steps, start to map

1

Pick an area and a day

Chips for every Austin neighborhood we cover and each day of the week, so you can build the exact query for tonight in two taps.

2

Arriv finds current specials

The backend runs a live search across menus, Eater Austin, and local roundups, then keeps only venues with times you can trust before printing a page.

3

Filter on the page

Chips for cocktails, wine, patio, dive, or upscale narrow the ranked list without losing the map or the source links.

Why Arriv

Why this beats a screenshotted list

Verified times

Every card carries a start and an end, or the day range the deal runs, and venues with only vague hours are dropped from the guide before the page publishes.

Sources on every card

The menu, the roundup, the venue page — the links we used to build each entry are visible, so you can double-check before you go.

Cached and shareable

Each area + day combination is a real URL, so a text to the group ends the “where are we going” thread with one link.

One map for the walk

The pins group by neighborhood, and the ranking prefers venues you can hit in one loop.

Questions

Frequently asked

How current are the deals?
Guides carry a last-checked date, and any page that gets traffic refreshes at least once a month against the venue's own site and recent local roundups.
Which cities are covered?
Austin is up first, on purpose. Every neighborhood is seeded by hand before we let the finder generate a page, so accuracy holds. Other cities follow once Austin is dialed.
Can I filter by price or what I want to drink?
Yes. Once a guide loads, chips for cocktails, wine, beer, patio, dive, and upscale filter the ranked list without rebuilding the guide, so the URL stays clean and shareable.
Do I need an account?
No. Every area page and every day page loads without a login, so a link to the group chat works before anyone has signed up. Signing up lets you copy a guide into your own trip, which is where dates and edits live.
