How do you share an itinerary with a group?
Share a live link rather than a document or a screenshot. A PDF is out of date the moment a reservation moves, and screenshots leave everyone holding a different version. The format that survives a trip is a link showing the current plan, opening without an account, and working on a phone.
Version drift is the specific problem. Someone exports the itinerary on Tuesday, the dinner moves on Wednesday, and on Saturday two people are at the old restaurant. Every format that produces a copy has this failure built into it, and reminding the group to re-download does not fix it.
The second requirement is that viewing costs nothing. If opening the plan requires an account, a third of a group of eight will not do it, and those people will ask questions in the chat instead. A read-only public link removes that entirely.
Third, it has to work on a phone on cellular data, because that's where it gets opened. A spreadsheet technically shares fine and is unusable standing outside a restaurant.
